Having celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, Docherty Chimney Group has not rested on its laurels. Already the UK’s largest independent manufacturer and distributor of chimney products, the company continues to expand and will be exhibiting several innovative new products at Hearth & Home this year.
One such product is the Metaloterm Iso-block, a unique, lightweight lead-through for flue systems installed in passive and thatched properties. Providing a fully sealed passage through floors and roofs, its unique design ensures that all the heat is retained, contributing to significant energy savings, whilst fire safety is guaranteed.
Also on show will be two exciting new log burning stoves by Danish manufacturer, Jydepejsen. Panorama is both stunning and innovative, designed in the cubist style, with a right angled self-closing door, ideal for passive homes. Meanwhile, the Country model will be displayed for the first time with legs. Providing modern day functionality and efficiency, this stove is more traditional in appearance and is perfect for holiday homes and cottages.
